A superb dayer, well run by Phil and his team. Great Dj lineup, they all delivered great tunes throughout. Records that I would love to own! Too many to name including Richard Caiton, Walter and the Admerations, Alice Clark, Charles Mintz, True Image etc etc ...The sound systems were great in both rooms, it was well worth the journey. Loved meeting up with old friends and new, keep up the great work at the new venue in 2025- all the best and Merry Xmas!.

Another packed out event at the Sink Rhythm & Soul Club, despite problems once again with the trains it was really busy with a brilliant atmosphere and we’ve had loads of great positive feedback from attendees

As soon as we landed the venue had as promised a fantastic floor that didnt require any enhancing. Where do you begin ? I can hand on heart say Ive never had a bad night at Ashton. Steve Foran got the night moving. I must say I really enjoyed Steve's set, he has some incredible records & is a very good DJ, brilliant spot. I then stood in for Carl Fortnum for 20 minutes & he then took over just after 9pm. The 9 to 10pm spot is a tricky one to do. You want to get the floor moving in readiness for the guest DJ to follow, but still drop in some lesser played sounds, well Carl did exactly that.

Then our special guest DJ, Joan Livesey. Wow, how do you sum up a set like that?? Full on, exciting, in your face, floor packing, fresh sounding, full of energy. I think that just about covers it! lol

Carl & I took over from Joan with a bit of double decking, followed by Geoff to end the night.

I want to thank the lovely Sue Males for being that smiling face when you walk through the door Thanks to Dave Crawley for his help behind the scenes with the flyer. A special thanks to Shane Walker & all the lovely bar staff x And I want to say a massive thank you to all the friends that support the night x

We have two very exciting guest DJs for the 25th January 2025 date, info to follow in a day or two.

Love this small club but everything else about it smack of a niter, the crowd, the music the Djs, fantastic. Angie and myself had a great night although I didnt think wed make it after exhaust troubles on the way. AA soon on the scene, took the back box off and said on yer way All in about 30 minutes. Simply the best club in the country right now, nothing comes close in terms of atmosphere. No overplayed rubbish at all, in fact I dont think I heard more than three Top 500 tunes in 5 hours, quite a contrast to the majority of clubs who rely heavily on the same old stuff. Also definitely some of the best young dancers from anywhere.
